Talent joined FIDC in 2022 with over 26 years’ business experience in banking, consulting, and enterprise development, gained from Zimbabwe and South Africa. His role is to collect, analyse and report business data across different Falkland Island business sectors to assist with informative decision making. Talent is also responsible for the running of the Business Climate Survey.
