Asset/Administrative Co-ordinator

Reporting to: Deputy Managing Director
Salary Range: £21,681pa

Outline

The post holder is essentially the first point of contact for visitors or telephone enquiries to Shackleton House, dealing with inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining corporate files and stocks of office sundries on behalf of the FIDC Development Team, providing administrative support to the team and other businesses that operate from the building as required. In addition the post holder will also provide administrative support and asset maintenance co-ordination for Hillside Business Park.

Responsibilites

We are looking for an organised individual with familiarity of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, ideally would possess GCSE or equivalent qualifications in both English and Maths.

Due to the nature of the role the candidates will need to hold a driving licence.
