Nguyen Tram Anh Pham (Gem) appointed FIDC Projects Management Officer

FIDC is thrilled to welcome Nguyen Tram Anh Pham (Gem) as the new Projects Management Officer.

Recently relocating to the Islands from the UK, Gem brings with her three years of experience in Business Development and Project Management. Her standout career achievement includes spearheading a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product at TIKI Corporation in Vietnam, where she led the project from planning to deployment. This initiative quickly surpassed revenue targets within three months of launch, significantly boosting both customer retention and satisfaction – a rewarding accomplishment that underscored the power of strategic innovation.

Gem was drawn to FIDC for its commitment to sustainable economic development and the chance to contribute to transformative projects that drive business growth and resilience. “I admire FIDC’s mission to support and empower the community,” she says. “I’m excited to bring my analytical and project management expertise to help achieve these goals.”

In her free time, Gem enjoys hiking, running, and staying active at the gym, and she’s looking forward to exploring new sports and activities in the Islands. Passionate about data analytics, she has also set a personal goal to advance her skills with tools like Power BI and Tableau. Her enthusiasm for learning and new challenges promises to add dynamic energy to both her personal and professional journey here in the Islands.

Lou Ellis, Deputy Managing Director of FIDC, says “Gem’s experience and dedication to drive impactful change make her a fantastic fit for FIDC. We looking forward to working with her to ensure the successful development of businesses and a positive business environment in the Islands.”
