INTRODUCTION
The following is the ‘Terms of Use’ for Falkland Islands Development Corporation known as FIDC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) also referred to as a Terms of service Agreement.
This agreement is between FIDC and you and governs your access to and use of our services and applicable software. 1.1 – You may be required to provide information about yourself to register for and access the use of our services. You represent and warrant that any such information including customer data, is and will remain accurate and complete, and that FIDC has no liability whatsoever errors or omissions in your data. You may be asked to choose a username and password to access our services. We may reject, or require that you change any such username or password, in our sole discretion. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password and agree not disclose or make your username and password are accessible to 3rd party.
1.2 – You may not share an account, unless approved in advance by us. You acknowledge that sharing any such information is strictly prohibited. Your right to use or access the services is personal to you and not assignable or transferable. - Responsibility of Use
2.1 – You will and you will cause any end user to abide by ensure compliance with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. You are responsible for your use and anyone else’s use authorised by you excesses and uses our services. You acknowledge that you remain liable for the acts or omissions of any third party that you allow, enable, or otherwise provide access to our services whether such access was expressly permitted by you or us.
2.2 – We assume no responsible for or liability for violations of this agreement by any third party that you allow, or enable to access our services. If you become aware of any violation of this agreement in connection with the use of our services you must contact us.
2.3 – We may investigate any complaint or violation comes to our attention and may take any action in our sole discretion in relation warning suspending problems connecting use of our services as we see applicable. However there shall be no obligation on us to take such action if we do not consider it appropriate.

5.1 – In the event that there is any complaint/dispute with FIDC in respect of the FIDC website any such complaint should be referred in writing to communications@fidc.co.fk setting out details of the complaint and details of the resolution you are seeking. 7.1 – The FIDC website, database, logo and its intellectual property is owned by the Falkland Islands Development Corporation (FIDC).
