Clare has completed a Coaching for Business course with City University of London.
Sue has completed two courses; Mental Health Awareness for Managers and an Employment Law course.
Louise completed her Leadership and Development course with Alliance Manchester Business School in January 2022 and has since completed her ILM Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is actively supported and encouraged here at FIDC. It assists the team to keep their skills and knowledge up to date, prepare for greater responsibilities, boost confidence, help them become more creative in tackling new challenges, enables them to make better decisions, or help take their careers further.
