Hillside Business Park – Sarah Clarke Tattoo

Sarah Clarke is thrilled to announce the launch of her new venture, operating under Sarah Clarke Tattoo. This exciting new chapter began with a passion for creativity and a dream that’s been years in the making. She can be reached primarily through her Instagram page, @SarahClarkeTattoo, and by email at smbclarke@gmail.com

Starting the business has been a long-held ambition for Sarah, rooted in a childhood dream of becoming either a lawyer or a tattoo artist, two paths she humorously admits are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Over the years, tattooing remained a fascination, and after her biggest supporter, Joleen, gifted her a tattoo machine last Christmas, the journey truly began. With practice skins, determination, and formal training, Sarah honed her skills, even tattooing herself.

Earlier this year, Sarah attended an intensive two-week tattoo training course in London, supported by the John Cheek Trust. The course covered everything from hygiene and infection control to design creation and live tattooing. Sarah excelled, achieving top marks on the health and safety test, and earned a certificate recognised internationally.

The opening of her studio at Hillside Business Park marks a significant milestone. Originally planned as a home-based studio, Sarah decided to prioritise adherence to UK guidelines for safety and hygiene, which led her to this professional workspace. This new location provides a dedicated environment to focus on her craft without the distractions of home life.

For now, Sarah offers tattooing services and is excited to bring her unique style to the Falklands’ vibrant tattoo community. In the future, she hopes to expand into creative offerings like a “get what you get” tattoo vending machine, explore guest tattooing opportunities worldwide, and potentially add body piercing to her repertoire.

Sarah is excited to grow this passion project alongside her new job, bringing her creative energy to life one tattoo at a time.

Cabins at Hillside Business Park are available in full or half options. Our team is ready to provide business and financial advice, assist with business plan development, and help complete the application form. For an application form or any queries, please email strategic.projects@fidc.co.fk
